Review of “the daily phosdex”
What is a “phosdex”? Unfortunately, I don’t have an answer for you. However, if you read through all of the daily phosdex, you will probably find your answer. After looking through and reading some of the contents of this blog, I decided it will be the first blog that I rate a three. Why you may ask? Because I don’t dislike it, but at the same time, it’s not something that I would visit on my own.
When the blog first loaded (which took longer than most blogs), I was met with an onslaught of advertising. As I looked through the rest of the blog, I realized this was one of the major faults of this blog. Now I know that it is tempting to throw tons of ads on a blog in an attempt to become an online millionaire, but it’s important to remember the primary function of blogs: content. A blog is a way to provide content to readers, and can be accented with ads (not the other way around).
